Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule please contact us within 12 hours prior to appointment. 10 minute grace period is allotted. .No Show Appointments and Last minute cancellations will be charged a 50% fee & Late Fee Appointments will be charged a 25% fee. I understand that any outstanding balances must be paid prior rescheduling.
